The presented extract out of gmps portfolio relates current, international projects to former buildings and thus casts a retrospective glance at the offices development. Different principles, conditions and times are the context in which gmp gives rise to architecture. Various examples in different scale levels and in relation to the respectives ociological and/or cultural preconditions illustrate different construction projects. The focus is on the stories behind the respective projects - their similarities, connections and development processes in cultural environments such as China and Vietnam. Aspects of several projects of reference additionally illustrate these relations.
